Capitol Chevrolet’s Service Advisor Michelle Navarro’s Five Star Service Capitol Chevrolet and DGDG Fans: We had the privilege of serving one of our valued clients and small business owner here in the Silicon Valley; Mr. Mike Koblis. Here is a letter Mr. Koblis shared with us recently after a visit to Michelle Navarro at Capitol Chevrolet’s all new service center at 905 Capitol Expressway Auto Mall, a proud member of the Del Grande Dealer Group.

My name is Mike Koblis (Michelle Navarro gave me your email) and I am a very happy Capitol Chevrolet service dept. customer. I own a 2000 GMC Savanna Van and I have been bringing my van in to Michelle for service and repairs since the Del Grande Dealer Group took over ownership. I have had in the past a long history of displeasure with the previous GMC dealerships who didn’t really care how they treated their customers. With much caution I stopped in one day and talked to Michelle Navarro about how things ran at your service dept. She assured me that things would be much different for me and to please give them a try. I swore I would never use a GM service dept. for any reason, but I must admit that with Michelle’s ability to defuse bad moments concerning repairs, caring about her customer’s and tech’s that can get the job done and get my van back on the road in no time is reassuring for me. I am a painting contractor and my van is my rolling shop/office and when it is down it means a lot of headaches for me and my business. So I am writing to let you know that Michelle and your service dept. have single handedly restore my faith in GM service dept. I could go on and on but I just thought you should know which I’m sure you already do, that your staff and repair tech’s are doing a Great job and I have told many of my friends and colleagues about your service dept.
